Abstract

The article assesses the impact of the program expenditures share in regional budgets on reducing the share of subsidies and increasing the taxes share on economic activity in the the budgets revenues of the federation on the basis of discrete wavelet transformations on the example of: Voronezh Region, Ivanovo region, Tyumen Region and Novgorod Region for the period from 2001 to 2021.
The novelty of this work consists in clarifying the methodology for calculating indicators in terms of the content of variables X1 and Y1 to assess the impact of program expenditures carried out by the regions of Russia on their economic development.
