Abstract
The article defines methods for evaluating innovative systems for managing purchases and
sales of goods in business structures. The necessity of organizing innovative activities in the management
system, which would include the formation and reorganization of innovation units and would ensure the unity
of interests of all participants in commercial activities, is substantiated.
The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the analysis of the main directions
of innovative activity of the management system of the entrepreneurial structure. A descriptive method of
evaluating such systems has been developed, which considers the potential impact of the results of innovative projects on the situation in a certain market segment. The factors (economic, scientific and technical,
resource, financial, social) with which it is possible to carry out the assessment under consideration based on
the separation of the existing effect of innovations are determined.
