Abstract
The article discusses the prospects for applying the Data Driven Decision Making approach in
managing the intellectual property of innovative projects. The Data Driven Decision Making approach based on
the search and systematization of a certain set of big data and the adoption of management decisions based on
them. It allows not only to predict the need to develop new products in advance, but also to determine the potential
audience for the introduction and distribution of the product, as well as to avoid creating the same type of products
or technologies that are not of interest to demand, calculate the expected profit for the company for a unique offer
for the market, search new solutions to create products and train staff in accordance with evolving technologies.
The authors of the study determined the relevance of using this technology to increase the pace of development
of intellectual activity, introduce the latest technologies, improve the competitiveness of authors and inventors, and
update information in the economic space.
The authors presented recommendations for the further implementation of technology in the intellectual property
management system.
