Abstract
The article analyzes and identifies risk-forming factors that may arise in the shipbuilding industry.
The analysis of risk-forming factors and risks themselves in the shipbuilding industry is carried out on the example
of JSC “Admiralty Shipyards”. The analysis of risk-forming factors and risks on a specific example was carried out in order to identify risk factors that are inherent not only to the enterprise in question, but also to other Russian
shipbuilding enterprises.
The relevance of this study is due to the fact that in order to effectively build a risk management system at
shipbuilding enterprises, it is necessary to have complete and reliable information about the factors that contribute
to the emergence of specific risks in this area. It is also necessary to calculate the degree of risk for each of these
factors, which will allow you to choose the best management solution that minimizes the losses of the organization
in the event of an entrepreneurial risk.
