Abstract

The article is devoted to reverse logistics, in particular, specific methodological recommendations for the effective organization of the management of returnable material, information and financial flows in companies to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Conceptual recommendations within the framework of a holistic approach to optimizing reverse logistics are highlighted. The results of the methods can be useful both for companies and for environmental organizations and government agencies seeking to increase the sustainability of business and ensure sustainable development.
