Abstract
This article describes approaches to the formation of a methodology for assessing the multiplicative impact of measures for the innovative development of the nuclear power industry complex (AEPC) on the sustainable development of the defense industry. The Special Military Operation in Ukraine (SVO) revealed the problem of the need to expand the range of economic research on the state and development of the defense industry as an important element in ensuring national security.
