Abstract
This article discusses the reasons for the emergence of stimulating banking regulation, provides examples of the most common incentive measures in most countries. A comparative analysis of the impact of the incentive policy on the change in lending volumes of the following countries is carried out: the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Japan, China and Russia. Conclusions are formulated about the importance of using the experience of stimulating methods of regulation of other countries with an eye to the economic, historical and national characteristics of Russia.
