Abstract

The article defines the indicators and evaluation of the management systems of business structures. The necessity of transition from a single-criteria measurement of management systems of business structures to a multi-criteria measurement, which includes the rejection of the accumulation of heterogeneous criteria in favor of additional, formulated and relevant criteria, is substantiated.
The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that a comparative analysis of various companies was carried out according to the criterion of “social policy”, which is necessary to assess the reliability of indicators for proper management. The result of the analysis showed that the acceptance of the conditions of good governance has a stronger impact on the variability of indicators in industrial companies.
