Abstract

This article examines the challenges that global economic developments are creating for the real estate sector and examines how digital financial assets can help investors cope with these challenges. The article provides an overview of the major economic processes affecting real estate, such as inflation, interest rates and currency fluctuations, and discusses how recent economic events have affected real estate markets around the world. The article then examines the potential benefits of digital financial assets in real estate - greater flexibility, transparency and liquidity – as well as the legal and regulatory challenges associated with these assets.
