Abstract

The article examines a pressing problem of our time - the development of the concept of environmental recycling management. The author’s definition of the concept of “ecological recycling management” as one of the most complex systemic philosophical categories is proposed and disclosed. The subject and object of environmental recycling management are defined, its goal is justified - ensuring at all levels of social production the minimization of the processes of pollution and environmental destruction in the process of social reproduction. The priority directions for developing the scientific foundations of environmental recycling management as a comprehensive tool for solving environmental and economic problems at the economic, industry, inter-industry, regional and interregional levels have been identified.
