Abstract
The article analyzes the development of digitalization in different countries. Particular attention is paid to digitalization in China. The authors consider cryptocurrency, digital currency, as an integral part of the development of digitalization of the economy. A comparative analysis of the use of cryptocurrency and the implementation of digital currency in different countries of the world was carried out. A comparative description of cryptocurrency and digital currency is given.
