Abstract
The article examines current problems of transformation of modern models of additional professional education and advanced training of personnel in the paradigm of digitalization and digital transformation processes. The features of new educational models for the development of innovative knowledge, abilities, skills and competencies by staff of self-learning organizations are revealed.
