Abstract
The scientific article presents a methodology for calculating the index of readiness of industrial
enterprises for the digital transformation of key business processes. The study reveals the important elements
and tools of the methodology, and also presents the main steps for collecting data and preparing for the
preliminary calculation of the index of enterprise readiness for digital transformation of business processes.
Shown are fragments of a prepared survey sheet for managers of large industrial enterprises and its results.
The working hypothesis of the study – calculating index will help identify vulnerabilities in the main business
processes of an industrial enterprise. Research methods: analysis, modeling and deduction. The author associates the prospects of his research with business process reengineering, as well as with modeling and
visualization of factors for the implementation of digital technologies.
