Abstract
The article analyzes the region's tourism potential and evaluates territory marketing as a function of tourism resource management. The hypothesis of the scientific research is that, taking into account the complexity and specific requirements for the formation of territorial marketing, successful management of the regional system requires the development and application of unique approaches that combine scientific, theoretical and applied aspects. To test this hypothesis, qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as data analysis, were used.
