Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify features in the organizational design of transnational corporations, which includes an analysis of their geographical location, and, accordingly, spheres of influence, emerging problems associated with their numerical increase. The analysis methodology is based on the principles of system analysis using a graphical method, and synthesis is also used to describe the specifics of the work of transnational corporations. When analyzing the dynamics of world economic processes, transnational corporations and national economic systems currently act as various objects of research.
