Abstract
This article briefly presents the results of a study of the processes of restructuring of industrial entrepreneurship entities in the oil and gas complex from the point of view of their economic security. The issues of forming restructuring systems of interaction between industry entrepreneurship entities based on outsourcing tools are considered. The processes of shadowization of entrepreneurial activity using the outsourcing mechanism are described.
