Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a fuzzy-logical approach to the quality of the management
team of an enterprise (company).
Methodology. We continue to actively utilize the technology of matrix aggregate computing (MAC), but
we transform it into an inductive MAC (IMAC), where some components at the block level receive their “mirror”
at a lower level, at the level of factors.
Results. We fully describe the approach to assessing the quality of the management team using MAC,
IMAC, and the formula for qualitative average.
Conclusion. By being able to evaluate the entrepreneurial ability of the business owner and the quality
of the management team, we can smoothly transition to the analysis of corporate culture as a whole, adding
the components of value transmission to our evaluation.
