Abstract

This article studies the essence of inflation with the consideration of its main types. In addition, in the course of writing a research paper we considered the main consequences of inflation, which has a negative impact on the socio-economic development of the country. Also, we analyzed the market conditions with the consideration of the dynamics of inflation rates in the period from 2018 to 2022, relying on the data of Rosstat. Accordingly, in our opinion, the topic of our research is very relevant, since inflationary processes have a strong impact on all spheres of life and require the development of certain measures to create a sustainable system of anti-inflationary policy in the country.
