Abstract
The more than thirty-year period of ultra-liberal trampling on the ground of our economy is
largely due to the poor quality of management. Representatives of the scientific and technical community and
business have talked and are talking about this a lot. My colleagues and I wrote about this.
Our reformers themselves have repeatedly recognized the low quality of governance. But they did nothing
to correct the situation. They always denied their guilt in this, with their characteristic self-confidence. They
got the wrong people – for them he is the main culprit. They are offended by him and leave the country.
