Abstract
The article examines the impact of international sanctions on the economic life of society and the activities of companies in Russia. Anti-Russian sanctions had a great impact on its economy and management. This may include a ban on the import and export of certain goods and services, restrictions on access to financial markets, freezing of assets and much more. In the context of sanctions, companies must be more flexible and adaptable in order to quickly respond to the changing situation and minimize negative consequences. They are forced to look for alternative sources of supply and sales of goods, which can lead to increased costs and loss of markets. This article discusses the main strategies that Russian companies are using to adapt to international sanctions, as well as the challenges they face in this process.
