Abstract

The article analyzes the epistemological construction of an individual entrepreneur, which helps to justify the logic and legality of any research in this area. The main scientific trends that formed the emergence of the theory of entrepreneurship are clarified. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the parameters of the analysis of the classical school, the Austrian school and J. Schumpeter are identified and justified to determine the role of an individual entrepreneur in the business market and in the socio-economic environment.
