Abstract
This paper investigates the current state of the green bond market. On the basis of available documents and assessment of employees of large companies, the projects currently in force are described. The requirements for green bonds are also given and the directions of market development by 2030 and planning up to 2060 are considered. Expert opinions on the further development of bonds in Russia are presented, as well as the main approaches to possibly attracting more investors to new projects.
