Abstract
The legislation on the contract system (Law No. 44-FZ) and procurement (Law No. 223-FZ) is constantly being updated and improved. In order to participate effectively in procurement, because buyers expect from suppliers: predictability, quality, confidence, long-term cooperation, potential suppliers of goods (works, services) under 223-FZ and public procurement under 44-FZ, have to carefully study the regulatory framework and periodically undergo training. And customers need to understand all the nuances of legislation in order to minimize errors during procurement procedures, reduce the risks associated with receiving fines and FAS regulations. The article analyzes the current regulatory framework regulating the activities of customers and suppliers in procurement procedures and changes occurring from year to year affecting the procedure for participation in public procurement.
