Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the regulatory impact assessment (RIA) procedure in the public administration system of the Russian Federation. The validity of the impact of a comprehensive assessment on the public administration system of the Russian Federation is analyzed, taking into account various factors of the development of regional economies. The issue of optimizing the implementation and functioning of the ODS assessment system as a tool for improving the efficiency of public administration is being considered. The subject area of the regulatory legal support of the public administration system is determined as one of the reserves for optimizing evaluation, and the expediency of using quantitative and qualitative criteria for the significance of the impact of ODS on the conditions for the development of public administration is justified. Mechanisms for optimizing the assessment of regulatory impact in the public administration system of the Russian Federation are proposed.
