Abstract
The economic processes of modern Russia reflect the trends of transition to a qualitatively
new formation of economic relations, characterized by the formation of new markets, transition to high-tech
activities, and the emergence of new management mechanisms. The share of the digital economy in GDP
is growing every year; at the beginning of 2020, according to BCG, the contribution of the digital economy to
global GDP amounted to 5.5%, while in the EAEU it was almost 2.8%. Global trends indicate the increasing
role of high-tech companies in the global economy, digitalization of business processes and changes in the
mechanisms of economic process management.
An integrated holistic approach to the problem of digital transformation of consumer cooperation requires
the development of state support mechanism that promotes the formation of innovative environment of consumer
cooperation as a condition for competitiveness in new high-tech markets.
