Abstract

The article studies the conditions for creating an accessible environment in hotels for people with disabilities. The problems that arise during the stay of these people in hotel enterprises are identified. A model for creating an accessible environment in hotels for people with disabilities has been developed, which allows increasing the number of consumers, creating competitive advantages for the enterprise, increasing the social responsibility of business and, ultimately, promoting the development of inclusive tourism in the Russian Federation.
