Abstract

The article focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence into dual-use inventory management, which has become increasingly relevant in the context of digital transformation. It examines key stages of AI implementation in enterprises, including needs analysis, technology selection, prototype testing, and employee training. Special attention is given to AI’s potential for optimizing demand forecasting, automating inventory control, and enhancing supply chain transparency. The article discusses the three levels of AI development: narrow AI, general AI, and super intelligent AI, as well as their applications in the defense-industrial complex. Additionally, the challenges of AI adoption, such as high costs, unprepared ecosystems, and security risks, are highlighted. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the strategic importance of AI in improving efficiency and adaptability in inventory management under crisis and uncertainty conditions.
