Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the resumes of engineers posted on the Rostrud portal “Work of Russia”, with the aim of the study being to identify the most popular positions and their distribution by age groups. This allows us to identify the preferences and career aspirations of specialists depending on their age. The results obtained can be useful for both employers and applicants, as they allow us to better understand current trends in the labor market.
