Abstract
The article reveals such concepts as “personnel potential”, “innovation potential”, “science-intensive production”, “decent work”, “economy with a human face”, etc. Their place and role in the process of producing science-intensive products are determined. New ready-made solutions are identified and presented, taking into account the detected deviations for the production of this type of product in the event of non-compliance with the specified parameters.
