Abstract

The study of such a multifaceted and dynamic phenomenon as freelancing required the use of a comparative approach, which allowed for an in-depth analysis of the economic content of this process, to identify its features, objective conditions, subjective factors and patterns that influence it. The relevance of the study is due to the widespread use of non-standard forms of employment among the population, including freelancing. Freelancing is becoming a full-fledged alternative to traditional and stable employment, reducing the dependence of employees on employers.
