Abstract
Advances in information technology in recent years have led to the emergence of a wide range of systems that managers currently use to make and implement decisions. Managers are responsible for making decisions on all issues and such decisions have to be made every day. Decision support systems (DSS) play an important role in decision-making, which combines the use of models and analytical methods with traditional data access and extraction functions. The main purpose of the DSS is to improve the work of an individual decision maker - to improve its quality or decision-making by increasing their efficiency and effectiveness. The same managers are constantly making decisions both in the short term and in the long term, regardless of this, the decisions made in any case will have significant impact and consequences for both the organization and its stakeholders.
