Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis and application of the concept of business process reengineering in the activities of a road transport enterprise. The article discusses the main points of reengineering, its advantages and prospects in the context of the road transport industry. The article analyses current business processes at a road transport enterprise, identifies problem areas and obstacles that can be eliminated or optimised through the application of reengineering. The article offers practical recommendations for the successful implementation of business process reengineering to improve the efficiency of a road transport enterprise and may be useful for managers and specialists working in this field.
