Abstract
This article examines the impact of the information technology revolution on the labor market. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for growing demand for IT specialists and the challenges faced by traditional professions in a rapidly changing technological environment. Trends in the development of the labor market, factors contributing to the growth in demand for IT personnel are analyzed, and possible adaptation strategies for traditional professions are proposed.
