Abstract

Practice shows that in modern conditions of economic development, the lack of clear strategies, economic goals and criteria for organizational development makes solving the issue of increasing competitiveness very difficult and problematic for many organizations. Currently, in order to take a leading position, organizations must timely update their technologies, including digital ones, conduct marketing research, and establish feedback with consumers.
