Abstract

In the context of growing geopolitical tensions, the concept of ensuring economic security based on attracting foreign investment to ensure growth requires revision. At the same time, the formation of a trajectory for the sustainable development of national economies is a fundamental element that allows solving this problem. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the existence of informal firms and the promotion of their access to legal markets can be considered as an opportunity to solve the stated problems, while taking advantage of the concept of sustainable development. At the same time, issues related to the real role of developed countries, which, within the framework of the model of expansionist capitalism, are trying to limit competitors in global markets with high added value, remain debatable.
