Abstract

This article first introduces the background, concepts, and theories of drug development management and digitization. It then discusses the issues in drug development management and analyzes the impact of digitization on drug development. Combining theories related to drug development management and digitization, it explores the influence of introducing digital technology and data products on optimizing drug development management.
