Abstract

The article analyzes problem areas in the field of human resource development in the Russian Federation. The result of the analyzed work is the conclusion that it is necessary to develop an integrated approach to the development of human resources, which would take into account an increase in the birth rate, a decrease in the mortality rate of the working-age population, and strengthening the health of the population, including through encouraging a healthy lifestyle and physical education and sports. , promoting family values, increasing social accessibility in the use of assisted reproductive technologies if necessary, improving the mechanisms for providing regional social support measures.
