Abstract
The introduction of innovations in the organization of heat supply is accompanied by high risks, which necessitates the implementation of risk-based management. In this regard, the basic principles of risk management for the introduction of innovations in the organization of heat supply are defined, on the basis of which a model of the risk management process is formed, and the main risks of introducing innovations into the organizations under study, taking into account the specifics of their activities, are highlighted.
