Abstract

With the constant improvement of the education and teaching system in our country, higher professional education in economics and management also has new goals and requirements, as well as the need of society for talents. In the new situation, higher education institutions must constantly update learning models and concepts to improve learning effectiveness. This article examines the current state of management course teaching and suggests appropriate measures for teaching reform in order to develop comprehensive talents with innovative, research abilities, as well as the ability for practical application.
