Abstract

The article focuses on the relevance of career management and career planning processes in an organization within the framework of general personnel management. A number of internal factors are given that influence career management in an organization, knowledge of which, according to the authors, is necessary for a modern leader. The authors are confident that career is of utmost importance in the practice of modern management.
