Abstract

The supply of goods to the northern territories is a complex and costly process that is relevant for the Russian Federation. The state of Alaska (USA) is a close analogue of the Russian Federation in terms of climatic and territorial conditions, which determines the relevance of this work.
In the article, the author analyzes the transport and organizational components of the Alaska cargo supply system. Also in the article, the author highlights the best practices in the implementation of cargo delivery.
The purpose of the work is to analyze cargo transportation in the state of Alaska and identify the best practices applicable to Russia.
The disclosure of the problems was carried out using the method of analysis and generalization of scientific materials, the structural and functional method.
