Abstract

The article presents the author’s approach to resolving the conflict of strategic and tactical goals when forming a program for increasing the efficiency of personnel management of enterprises. Key scientific and practical tasks are identified, and means of their implementation in the personnel management system are presented. The essence of a promising economic and mathematical model for programming target competence in the framework of increasing the efficiency of personnel management is revealed.
