Abstract

The purpose of the study is to explore the perception of DT as a strategic step to effectively reform an organization’s operations management to maintain a competitive position. The results of this study provide valuable insight into the level of trust in KM and its impact on DT as a thoughtful option for improving operations. The result of this study provides valuable insights for senior management and key decision makers when deciding on digital transformation in line with their organization’s strategic planning.
