Abstract

The article is devoted to the data analysis on the amount of taxes and fees by regions of Russian Federation of the 2023. A correlation analysis is carried out between the population of the regions and an amount of taxes and fees received by the budgets of various levels. Data on the relative value of taxes and fees per one resident of the regions are given. Inequality in the distribution of incomes of the population is assessed through the prism of personal income tax. A conclusion about the necessity of some procedures of fiscal policy was made.
