The article discusses the current problems of the labor market in the sustainable energy sector, as well as innovative approaches to adult education. The paper proposes a model of a target program for professional development of employees in the sustainable energy sector.
The proposed model is based on the use of various methods of blended learning in the context of employees acquiring practical skills necessary to work in the sustainable energy sector. The developed target program can be an important source of extra-budgetary financing for domestic educational organizations in the corporate training segment.
