Abstract
This article explores the challenges and opportunities of using big data in strategic management. Special attention is paid to the issues of data privacy and the need for qualified specialists in the field of data analytics. The authors analyze the existing problems and propose ways to solve them for the successful implementation of big data in strategic management. Their research highlights the importance of developing appropriate skills and tools for the effective use of data in strategic decisions, and puts forward proposals for improving data protection tools to ensure their safe use in business.
