Abstract

In the modern world, economic crimes are a serious threat to the economic security of the state, as they significantly affect the development of the production sector, as well as restrain the flow of investments, which contributes to the fact that the budget does not receive a significant part of income, and inflation increases, which interferes with the normal functioning of management, banking and business structures. The article analyzes the concept of “crimes in the field of economics”; the author’s definition of this concept is proposed; The classification of crimes in the economic sphere is carried out.
