Abstract

The article is an overview of the use of Python and MS Excel programming language tools to automate the reporting process in an organization. The authors discuss methods and techniques for using Python to collect, process, and analyze data, as well as generate reports. Particular attention is paid to the integration of Python with MS Excel, which allows you to combine the powerful analytical capabilities of Python with the convenience and flexibility of Excel spreadsheets. The article provides Python code examples and explains steps to create automated reports using tools from both platforms. This approach can significantly increase the efficiency of the reporting process and reduce the likelihood of errors by automating routine tasks. In addition, the article highlights the benefits of using Python, such as the ability to work with large amounts of data, create custom functions and scripts for specialized analytical tasks. This approach allows organizations to significantly reduce the time spent on reporting preparation and improve the quality of its analysis.
