Abstract

One of the leading drivers of the Russian economy is the urban planning industry. In the conditions of unstable geopolitical situation, an important aspect is the study of the current state of the urban planning sector of the economy, the main financial indicators in the industry segment of companies, by subjects of the Russian Federation, in order to identify the factors constraining their development. The study used statistical data from Rosstat, analytical agency «Audit-IT», as well as the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Based on the results of the study, it was proposed to reduce the number of budgetary long-constructions and increase the rate of commissioning of unfinished capital construction projects, as well as digitalization of construction complex processes.
