Abstract
This work focuses on the theoretical foundations and application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
in personnel management. Key aspects of BSC are considered, such as motivation, training, development and
employee performance assessment. The advantages and challenges of integrating BSC into corporate structures
are highlighted, emphasizing its importance for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations.
The use of a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in personnel management is relevant for modern organizations
seeking to optimize their human resources and improve strategic management. BSC helps to formalize processes
and establish clear indicators for evaluating and motivating employees, ensuring that their work is linked
to the company's strategic goals.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of the application of the Balanced
Scorecard (BSC) in personnel management. Special attention is paid to studying the impact of BSC on motivation,
professional development and employee productivity, as well as analyzing the opportunities and difficulties associated
with the implementation and adaptation of BSC in organizational structures.
